Katsuo Seki 関勝男

Katsuo Seki (1944–)  was born in Nagano Prefecture. After graduating from the Yokohama National University School of Engineering with a degree in electrical engineering, he joined NEC Corporation, where he held positions as a design engineer for electronic parts manufacturing equipment, a sales engineer, and head of planning in a marketing department. He was dispatched to Moli Energy in Canada in 1990, and returned to NEC in 1996. He now operates a sole proprietorship, where he writes, lectures, and translates materials on battery technology, solar batteries, and rare metals.
